Will the police or my family find out?+

No. Calls are confidential under DPDP and India's Mental Healthcare Act. We never inform the police. We never call your family unless you ask us to. The only exception is an imminent threat to life, where the law requires action.

I have tried to quit before and failed. Can this really work?+

Yes. Relapse is part of recovery, not the end of it. Modern de-addiction medicine (OST, naltrexone, buprenorphine) plus structured counselling has a recovery rate of over 60% in Punjab cohorts. Most people need 2–3 attempts. You are not broken.

Do I have to pay?+

Crisis triage, counselling and family support are 100% free. Government OOAT clinic referrals are free. Private de-addiction doctor consults start at ₹0 with a govt referral or ₹499 without. Medicine delivery from ₹59.

What languages can I speak in?+

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, हिंदी, English — every counsellor on the line speaks all three. No translator, no awkwardness.
